Coaching Packages

I offer both life coaching and career coaching, using the Firework™ career programme. If you want change in both your career and other areas of your life, you can combine life and career coaching.

Career coaching

Whether you want a complete career change, to move into a new role in your existing field, or to be more effective in your current job, there's a career coaching approach which can help you.

If you want to change direction, being coached through the full Firework™ career transition programme will give you a clear understanding of what you want from work, enable you to generate fresh possibilities, choose the career which is the best match for you and create an action plan to move you into it. It takes you from confusion to clarity.

The programme takes around 12 sessions to complete, including an initial two-hour induction session. Its duration depends on how much you are able to do between sessions and whether or not you would like coaching in other areas of your life as you go through it.

If you want to stay in your existing field, have some strong possibilities already in mind and want to be clear about which one to choose, going through a shorter version of the programme, will enable you to do just that. This takes six to eight sessions.

Whichever version of the programme is right for you, it consists of thought provoking exercises, focusing on areas including your values, strengths, skills and motivations to work and in-session coaching. Most of the exercises are completed outside the sessions and we then coach around your responses to reveal the most important information that's essential to making the right career choice.

Career coaching can also help if you enjoy your existing role but have some areas which you'd like to improve. It could be anything, from how to handle a difficult boss, to preparing yourself for promotion or being effective quickly in a new role. You may be taking on a large project, managing a team for the first time or moving from being a manager to a leader.

Whatever you want from your coaching, we begin with an initial two hour induction session which is generally face to face but can also take place over the phone.  Sessions after this are normally an hour long, over the phone but they can also be face to face.  We agree a convenient time for the sessions, preferably at the same time and day of the week.

Fees

My fee for career coaching is £255 a month for 3 x 60 minute sessions or £170 for 2 x 60 minute sessions. The initial 2 hour induction session is £170. There are no hidden extras. Fees include all time for preparation and note taking.
