Coaching Packages

I offer both life coaching and career coaching, using the Firework™ career programme. If you want change in both your career and other areas of your life, you can combine life and career coaching.

Career coaching

The full Firework™ programme, enables people who want a change of career direction to get clear about where they’re going.

The programme aims to help you take a journey from uncertainty about your present career and not knowing what your next step might be, through to having a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right for you, and a plan for how to create it.

The programme takes around 12 sessions to complete, including an initial two hour induction session. Its duration depends on how much the client is able to do between sessions and whether or not they want to mix in some general life coaching with the programme. If you know which field you want to be in but want to get clearer about exactly what you want to do, and the kind of organisation you want to work for etc, a shorter version of the programme, which takes six to eight sessions, is also available.

Before the initial two hour face to face induction session, I ask you to complete some exercises and when we get together we de-brief these, and start to identify your strengths, achievements and values. We also talk about how we’ll work together.

Ongoing sessions are an hour long and, as with life coaching, can take place over the phone or face to face. We agree a convenient time for the sessions, preferably at the same time and day of the week.

Fees

My fee for career coaching is £225 a month for 3 x 60 minute sessions or £150 for 2 x 60 minute sessions. The initial 2 hour induction session is £150. There are no hidden extras. Fees include all time for preparation and note taking.
